About Me
Hi! I'm Aileen, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am a mother to a 2.5 year old sweet little girl. She is the real reason why I became a lactation consultant- breastfeeding her was anything but easy! I wish I would have reach out for support but that is why I want to help you! I believe in SUPPORTING mamas through their breastfeeding journey so they can focus on raising strong babies!
I received a bachelors degree in nutrition from California State University, Long Beach. Then when on to specialize in lactation at the University of California San Diego. I have studied holistic nutrition as well as (and currently practice as) a massage therapist. I guess its fair to say that helping others is my passion!

My daughter was the real reason why I became a lactation consultant- breastfeeding her was anything but easy! I wish I would have reached out for support, I didn't, which is why I want to help you! I believe in SUPPORTING mamas through their breastfeeding journey so they can focus on spending time with their beautiful babies!
